Product overview

What this product is designed to do

E-STONE Pro 16.0 uses the same 15.97kWh residential energy platform in a floor-standing IP55 enclosure. It is designed for customers who need high household capacity together with a more protected installation format and additional monitoring options.

The Pro model adds WiFi to CAN, RS485 and RS232 communication options. WiFi supports monitoring; battery control still depends on an approved wired communication protocol with the inverter. Site exposure, drainage and local electrical rules must still be reviewed even with an IP55 enclosure.

Choose the Pro version for a premium equipment room, garage or protected service area where floor mounting is preferred. The standard E-STONE 16.0 may be more suitable when IP20 indoor installation is sufficient.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions before you choose

What is the main difference between E-STONE 16.0 and Pro 16.0?

The Pro version is floor-mounted, lists IP55 protection and adds WiFi to the communication options.

Can it be installed fully outdoors?

IP55 improves dust and water protection, but site exposure, drainage, temperature and local installation rules still require engineering review.

Does WiFi replace CAN communication?

No. WiFi is for monitoring options; battery-to-inverter control normally relies on the approved CAN or RS485 protocol.

Can it be expanded?

Yes. The brochure lists up to 15 parallel batteries, subject to system compatibility.

Which inverter should be used?

Use a 51.2V-compatible inverter with an approved communication protocol and adequate charge/discharge current.

What site information is required?

Provide the inverter model, load schedule, backup target, installation exposure, available floor area and cable distance.
